Just a quick post about my outfit from Monday…inspired by the J.Crew bright stone necklace I somehow scored on a popback a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying in vain to find a good replication of this one that didn’t come from China and even looked remotely similar. No luck. So my obsessive daily J.Crew website stalking paid off and I scooped this one up a few weeks ago on sale. I already have a ton of outfits planned around it. Here’s my first attempt which I would say is a representation of the necklace in an outfit. The colors match in the necklace match my Blythe blouse in Sea Glass and Mona pumps in Brocade blue perfectly (the wonders of purchasing from the same retailer…most of the time) and this was such a happy outfit.

thanks so much! the shoes were definitely a pop back at some point…I honestly don’t wear them as much as I should, so I’m glad to figure out new outfits that incorporate them 🙂
